When you are ready to start manufacturing your soft good product and receive price quotes, you are ready for this step. We will provide time lines and recommendations to be sure the process is as smooth and efficient as can be. CDS has long standing relationships with clothing manufacturers all over the world and will work to find the right fit for your product type and fabric. We will also work to find the right fabric for your product at the best price.  

If you plan to order small quantities of your product we have capabilities to manufacture 100pcs or more per style. We also have capabilities for smaller quantities for an up-charge. We have local  production and quality control managers that monitor your product each step of the way. We will provide price quotes and production samples for your approval. One of the challenges with manufacturing smaller quantities is finding fabrics that are suitable for your product if it is an unusual fabric. Once this hurdle is overcome (and we can help!) the production is top notch quality and always on time!

If you plan to order larger quantities of 300-800 pieces per fabric type or more this is the recommended option for you. We have long standing relationships with manufacturers all over the world. We can recommend a manufacturer for you based on type of product and fabric. We will also consider duty rates when selecting a factory. We will monitor the sampling process and quality at each step of the way to ensure you receive a quality product on time. You will always have an approved sample in the correct fabric before ever placing the order. The benefits to this option are ability to choose more custom fabric and the price is generally ½ or less of the cost producing domestically.
