diagrams that represent the shapes that eventually sewn together. This
process is essential for perfecting the fit, style and function of your product before moving into manufacturing.

Our In-House pattern & prototype services are for clients who will be ordering small quantities (approx under 800 pieces per fabric type) or are unsure of the eventual quantities they would like to order. This service is also for clients that are still in the development and testing stage of product design. Another reason for this service is if the factory has been unable to understand your desired product, let us make a prototype & tech pack to communicate more clearly to the factory for final production. If you will be ordering over 800 pieces in one type of fabric it is more efficient to use our sourcing prototype service (read next column). |
For clients that will be ordering larger quantities
(approx over 800 pieces per fabric type) we will pursue developing the first
to final prototype directly through the end manufacturer. We have
relationships with factories all over the world. We manage your prototype
design with the right factory for your type of product. The first step to
sourcing prototypes is to create a technical specification packet. |
