Clothier Design Source will manufacture your product right here in St. Paul, MN. We have production capabilities for small runs of apparel and soft goods. This is a great service for those businesses that are testing product or have boutique type quantities. It is also offered as a stepping stone for your company as sales grow. Once your order quantities reach minimums of approximately 800 pieces per style or more we can offer you manufacturing options all over the world to reduce your cost of goods.

      Minimum Order Quantity

We ask for at least 100 pieces per style in order to offer you a reasonable price to resell your garments. We are flexible on this quantity but a surcharges will be added the lower the quantities are and therefore makes it difficult for your to resell you apparel. If you are looking for a smaller number such as 5-10 per style our prototype services would be more applicable. The higher the quantity the better our efficiencies are and the better the price is for you! Whether it be a small or large order, quality will be exceptional and on-time deliveries are what we are known for.  

            Fabrics and Trims 

CDS can offer fabric sourcing services or you can supply/source the fabric. Note that if you would like the ability to reorder the same product at a later date, fabric that is an open-end source would be needed. In other words a fabric that is continuously made and stocked would be ideal. The same principals apply to any trims that are needed, including zippers, buttons, elastics ect…

                 Specialties

We have capabilities to manufacture a wide range of garments. We manufacture active wear, casual wear, woven goods, and more. CDS is also a great option for medical soft goods or specialty products.Note there are certain rare industrial machinery that we do not have available such as flatlock machinery or industrial pressing boards.
